CHARTER
PREAMBLE
As Knights of Eulogia from now until the day you pass, a great responsibility now falls upon your shoulders. You have been charged with growing a tradition first established in 1992, the year THV first came into existence. . . .
THE STORY OF EULOGIA
The story of Eulogia is never to be shared with anyone outside of the society. Skull and Bones once owned the story, but they lost the right to her. It is ours now...
TRADITIONS
Sword tap at beginning
Every member places three digits of the left hand on the sword and then states “Truth, Honor, Valor . . . Glorior”
Crooking
Crooking was a part of some societies history, but it is NOT part of the THV tradition
Biographies
Every member prepares and shares the life and times of their so called existence
Notes must be taken from these bios - with obvious omissions if the auto-biographer feels it is appropriate
Notes are placed in a book to bound at the end of each year and maintained w/ extreme care so knights may return each year and recall the great shit show
Dinner
Bi-monthly event occurring at the “Tomb” (or restaurant) or during a Sunday Bios
Consumption
The standard is:
60 Keystones (or buyer’s personal favorite)
The Batch
1 handle Captain Morgan
2 liters Sprite (or ginger ale)
1 gallon Carlo Rossi (any version you prefer)
Optional - Red Bull (if guys want to get jacked up or are being sleepy bitches)
Holding the Batch for an inordinate amount of time is strictly prohibited.
Allowing the Batch to touch the table before finished is a fineable offense
Nineballs should be cleansed, frozen, and put in each batch.
Dress
Thursday - must come well dressed in a tie, jacket, and slacks
Sunday - casual
Sword tap at the end of the meeting
Every member places three digits of the left hand on the sword
Toby says “3 cheers for each of the knights who aren't there, 2 cheers for the patriarchs, and 2 cheers for the tomb”
Toby rings the bell 3 times, then 2 times, then 2 times again, and everybody shouts in unison, "Three, Two, Two…..Truth, Honor, Valor, Glorior."
